About my writing

Writing is as necessary as breathing but much harder work.

I hold an MA in Creative Writing and write short fiction, creative non-fiction, and commentary & opinion pieces.

My blog, ‘The Cluttered Desk’ is a less formal space where I share writing on a variety of topics, including posts relating to the development of the craft of writing. This is accompanied by a Facebook community page, where writers of all levels of experience can come together as a community of practice, and share & support each other in developing their craft. I also publish content relating to writing craft on Medium.
